What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
+Evolving Concepts LLC will never inflate an estimate or proposal. All project costs will be provided to the consumer and reviewed for accuracy. Pricing will always be fair and based on industry standards, rules and regulations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
+We receive contact from community members and professionals that are experiencing urgent and non-urgent circumstances. We schedule an appointment based on the customer's availability and urgency on a 24/7 basis. During the appointment, we assess the situation at hand and document everything by taking photos, measurements, and notes obtained from our interactions with the client. After the inspection is complete, we work on an estimate/proposal and communicate our findings with our client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
+We are Certified by IICRC for all our different areas. Water restoration, mold remediation, trauma & crime scene, fire and smoke remediation, odor removal and remediation, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
+Evolving Concept is a company that is interested in the good of the community. The restoration industry allows us to help many people after unfortunate events such as fires, flooding, and biohazards.

What types of customers have you worked with?
+We have worked with owners of commercial and residential properties on a wide range of projects. We provide project solutions to homeowners, realtors, restaurants, retail businesses, senior living communities, hospitals, and government facilities to name a few. We have the resources to be a one-stop-shop by partnering with LOCAL Service Providers to ensure every aspect of our customer's needs is being exceeded.

+Jobs are typically done in a short period of time. This varies based on insurance carrier/customer preferences and third-party resources/vendors.
